Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train your team to provide the level of customer service that meets the standard of excellence that Johnson Motors is known for
  • Assist Internet Sales Representatives (BDRs) to meet and maintain their sales goals
  • Meet required response time standards for internet/chat leads
  • Maintain the metrics and reporting for the department

Requirements:

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

  • Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • Must have a great work ethic, positive attitude, and a team player mentality
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented
