Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach and train your team to provide the level of customer service that meets the standard of excellence that Johnson Motors is known for
- Assist Internet Sales Representatives (BDRs) to meet and maintain their sales goals
- Meet required response time standards for internet/chat leads
- Maintain the metrics and reporting for the department

Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
