Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Driving operational efficiency through

  • Optimization of our service schedule
  • Managing the fleet of vehicles for the company
  • Managing weekly expenses
  • Inventory, procurement, Invoicing and Accounts Payable
  • Managing and reporting on company data
Required Qualifications:


  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
  • Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
  • Organized multi-tasker
  • Professional, caring and service-minded
Preferred Skills:


  • General working knowledge of property management, dispatching service technicians and/or construction industry.
  • Experience using CRM tool and process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
