We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with technicians, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for creating an efficient and positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage CSR scheduling and dispatching of service technicians.
- Handle customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and billing.
- Coordinate with vendors, order supplies, and manage inventory.
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Management and reporting of other key departments.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong soft skills and active listening skills.
- Are self-motivated and eager to learn and lead.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Service Desk (SD) by Rossware.
- Knowledge of the appliance repair industry and warranty coverage.
