As the Event Chef, you will lead the kitchen, manage staff activities, and execute the menu during events.   • Oversee food production according to recipes and directions
  • Supervise preparation, presentation, and portion control
  • Maintain composure during emergencies and busy periods
  • Coach and mentor staff

Requirements
  • Active Food Handler’s Card (California Health Department)
  • Professional appearance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Event Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Chef de Partie
