Job Summary:

The Security Dispatcher & HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing general dispatch duties, coordinating security personnel, and handling various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient operation.


Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring timely and accurate response.

- Dispatch security personnel to various locations based on client needs and incident reports.

- Monitor security systems, including alarms and surveillance equipment, to ensure continuous protection.

- Maintain detailed logs of all calls, incidents, and personnel activities.

- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant agencies as required.

- Provide clear and concise communication to security personnel regarding assignments and updates.

- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response protocols and procedures.


HR Duties:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

- Maintain employee records, including contact information, job titles, and performance evaluations.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Coordinate training and development programs for security personnel.

- Address employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related matters.

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security management or HR is a plus.

- Proven experience in a dispatcher role, preferably within the security industry.

- Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in using dispatch software and HR management systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Working Conditions:

- The role may require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- This position may involve occasional travel for recruitment events or training sessions.

Available Hours:

6:00 am – 2:00 pm

2:00 pm – 10:00pm

10:00 pm - 6:00 am
