About the Role

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the processing of employee data, including leave of absence programs, FMLA, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing reference/background checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
  • Prepare and disseminate internal HR communications, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with HR reporting, including quarterly reports and presentations for organization-wide meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
