Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company, including therapists, administrative staff, and clinical professionals.
- Strategic Process Development and Tech Deployment: Utilize best/latest advancement in tech, making your work and that of your team's - better, easier, more fun
- Advertising Placement and Budgeting - No explanation needed if you have do this.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Interviewing and Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Developmental Pathways.
- Hiring Process Management: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote Developmental Pathways as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives, including social media, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role. Experience in ABA healthcare/therapy must
- Skills:
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus.
