Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Recruitment Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our candidate selection process from a technical perspective. The ideal individual will have experience in a dynamic startup atmosphere and possess a profound understanding of how to recognize exceptional engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Recruitment Team to identify and engage passive candidates through their participation in open-source software and technical communities, as well as through various online platforms.
- Evaluating technical resumes and profiles to assess candidates' skills and experiences, particularly on platforms like Github.
- Conducting technical evaluations of candidates, which includes preparing and reviewing practical assignments.
- Grasping business objectives to anticipate hiring needs proactively.
- Collaborating with various Technical Stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and draft relevant job descriptions.
- Upholding the company's reputation with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience in mentoring hiring managers and assisting them in formulating strategic recruitment plans.
- A strong passion for and understanding of technology.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Golang.
- Contributions to open-source software projects.
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
