About the Role

Scoot Education is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Recruitment Optimization Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving our recruitment practices across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a high-quality applicant experience
  • Manage and optimize our advertising budget to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to align on supply and demand, ensuring we have the right educators in the right classrooms
  • Provide coaching and training to recruitment teams on best practices and strategies
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and data to inform business decisions
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure seamless candidate experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume temporary recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and developing direct reports
  • Expertise in building and maintaining ATS systems
  • Ability to analyze and utilize data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
