Collaborate with administrators, the director of nursing, and staff development to identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to clients. Facilitate candidate-client interactions, including interview scheduling and offer negotiation, utilizing your negotiation skills to secure favorable employment terms for candidates and clients. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement, fostering synergy and efficiency. Implement strategies to nurture long-term client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and foster repeat business opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to gain insights into their staffing needs and challenges. Identify and engage with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other organizations as potential clients for our staffing services. Participate in daily meetings and engage with the team in problem-solving and issue discussion to increase engagement and improve communication. Maintain business relationships and identify new opportunities. Excellent time management skills, including maintaining a call list and making 50+ calls daily for new candidate leads. Optimize our client and recruitment processes. Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and email. Ability to learn online software systems (CRM, document signing, onboarding platform, payroll app, recruiting platforms). Setup, maintain, and update items in the CRM system will be required. Perform additional tasks to ensure quality services, compliance, and licensure requirements meet company standards. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet client and customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Positive, outgoing, and good at building loyal relationships. Analytical and strategic thinking, detail-oriented. Strong sales knowledge with a proven history of sales. Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management and recruits. Collaborate with the Client Development Manager to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Ability to work remotely and be a self-starter, facilitating individual Teams and Zoom sessions. Daily remote attendance at team meetings and training. Reports to the Administrator. Flexibility and ability to work with various people and projects collectively and collaboratively. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools and databases is a plus. Able to interact highly professionally with partners, clients, colleagues, and service providers. Superior communication skills, including strong writing and editorial skills, with particular attention to detail. Education: Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (Required).
