About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruiter to join our team at Bright Tier Solutions Inc. as a key member of our recruitment team. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent in the IT industry, with a focus on SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP Cloud Infrastructure, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract exceptional talent for IT positions, including SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP Cloud Infrastructure, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Negotiate job offers and oversee the hiring process to ensure a superior candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP Cloud Infrastructure, ServiceNow, and Salesforce roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in global recruitment with the ability to hire across various geographies.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a comprehensive understanding of various sourcing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
