Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of the Triad - East NC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our franchise, ensuring seamless execution of our business processes, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of job costing within our RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software systems.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the franchise, providing support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Maintain all accounting, computer, and financial records for the franchise in conjunction with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to problems, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and a sense of urgency.
  • Manage payroll files, process weekly payroll, and maintain Accounts Payable files.
  • Process weekly Accounts Payable, handle sub-contractor paperwork, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Set up new employees, manage vehicle records, and maintain office supplies.
  • Pays subcontractors and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, financial administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
