Equipment Operator is critically important to our growth and success, delivering an exceptional client experience through:

  • Mowing of highways, roadsides, and large area sites
  • Truck Spotter, helps maintain the equipment and trucks clean and in good working condition
  • Operate heavy equipment to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others in winter conditions including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather and temperature
  • Tractors with Batwings, Slope Mowers, and String Trimmer Experience is a strong plus
Requirements:
  • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the position
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Accountability to themselves and to their team
  • Be someone others want to work with
