Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Repair Technician to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of power tools and electrical systems, enabling them to effectively troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. This role is crucial in ensuring that our equipment rentals meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs on a variety of equipment
  • Calibrate tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Guarantee that all tools are operational for customer use
  • Address issues related to welding equipment and power tools
  • Document all repair activities accurately
  • Provide assistance to team members with electrical expertise
  • Maintain communication with the service manager regarding job progress
  • Fulfill additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant repair experience
  • Experience in the industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs
