Reports to : Youth Program Coordinator/Facility Director

Job Overview:
Fore Kicks is looking for a part time Assistant Program Coordinator to help with day to day operations of the youth instructional programs. Our business thrives on great customer service and the versatility of our staff. Individuals that work here will have the opportunity to grow their role within the company based on their skill set and interests. Shifts will mostly occur in the evenings and / or on the weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Organization and Communication
  • Marketing Initiatives for the programs
  • Leadership of junior coaches
  • Satellite Location Management
  • Utility Projects

Qualifications:
  • Outgoing and energetic
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Willingness to work hard
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

About the Company
Fore Kicks Norfolk is a 85,000 square foot indoor sports megaplex as part of three locations in Massachusetts. This particular location boasts 3 indoor turf fields, 2 Olympic quality courts, and par 3 executive golf course. We also have a pro shop, indoor driving range, full concession stand, weight room and an upstairs bar offering everything a sports enthusiast could want. In addition to this positions hours, employees can supplement their income by running birthday parties, coordinating corporate / team events and tending bar in our Kick Back Club (TIPS certification required).
