OLH Technical Services, LLC, a prominent Federal Government Contractor, is in search of a Program Manager - Aviation Supply Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages with clients to relay updates and accept guidance, ensuring clarity in specific areas of responsibility while providing concise weekly reports. Conducts analysis, offers process recommendations, and delivers management support.
  • Acts as a liaison with TYCOMs, collaborates with Large Deck/NAS Supply Officers, and manages TARP Representative assignments alongside NAVSUP WSS Field Team CONUS Task Assignments.
  • Facilitates problem-solving efforts by coordinating with forward-deployed TARP Representatives, overseeing eRMS monitoring and activity assignments, including deployments, task order/cost proposal management, subcontract oversight, training plan management, SITSUM preparation, and Marine Corps Command liaison activities, including special reporting and operations management meeting facilitation.
  • Participates in TARP Field Team Brief Presentations and engages in VTCs/phone calls as necessary.
  • Provides assistance for Mobile Node Operations, including setup, operations, ATAC coordination, compliance with local laws, and reporting, along with travel management, warehouse lease oversight, and related packaging and container supply management, as well as overseas personnel contact management.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a SECRET Clearance.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including program management responsibilities in supply systems and/or logistics programs.
  • Ability to oversee a program involving approximately 60 personnel in a dynamic operational setting.
