Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position that will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our bakery and deli. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory

- Answer and direct phone calls and emails

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process customer orders and payments

- Maintain accurate records and files

- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

- Assist with payroll and other administrative tasks as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities

- Monitor and maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues

- Keep track of employee attendance and time-off requests

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in an office administration role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
