Reports to: VP of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market preparation/showroom set-up and presentation to customers
  • Manage sample process from pre-production through delivery and maintain sample log
  • Assist with general day to day duties and daily customer requests/support and statuses
  • Prepare sales packages to customers
  • Manage order book, shipping information, etc.
  • Reporting analysis (will need basic retail math skills)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in wholesale apparel or retail business preferred
  • Knowledge of market, fashion trends and business environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment

The salary range for this role is between $50-60k and is non-exempt, paid at an hourly rate.
