Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in New York, NY. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Executives, including CRM management, proposal generation, and campaign activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Executives with CRM administration, including account setup, hold management, and report preparation
  • Assist in proposal generation, modification, and output using Proposal+
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on research and reporting for Account Executive client prospecting
  • Prepare campaign documents, including space and production contracts, posting instructions, and commission coversheets
  • Review billing and accounts payable issues with the Finance Team and Account Executives
  • Generate reports, such as weekly sales reports, ad hoc reports, and renewal reports
  • Support Account Executives with internal requests for Marketing Research, Creative, and Mapping
  • Field inbound sales calls and provide Sales Manager with call back information
  • Coordinate and interact with other departments, including Real Estate, Operations, Charting, and Marketing
  • Back up resources to administrative functions in Finance, Charting, and/or Operations
  • Support Sales Leadership with team communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting sales teams a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Competent in Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency
