Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca un Coach de Transformation Agile.

COMPETENCE :

  • Est le référent au niveau de l’entreprise sur la définition et l’application des pratiques agiles
  • S’engage à la bonne application des frameworks agile au sein des squads agiles.
  • Veille à la diffusion de l’esprit agile dans l’entreprise
  • Favorise la mise en place des communautés de pratiques
  • Aide à définir et mettre en place les outils et indicateurs de pilotage KPI agile
  • S’assure de la cohérence et la bonne compréhension de la terminologie agile au sein de la banque
  • Construit et met en œuvre le plan de formation relatif au déploiement de l’agilité, en lien avec les Ressources Humaines
  • Apporte un appui externe et un conseil aux rôles clés (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Sponsor…) lors du lancement de nouvelles équipes agiles
  • Mène des évaluations périodiques (Agile assessments) pour évaluer la maturité agile des équipes
  • Définit et s’assure de la mise en œuvre des pratiques d’amélioration continue dans l’entreprise
  • Aide et supporte les managers dans les différents niveaux de l’organisation à comprendre les bénéfices de l’agilité

Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
