Job Number: R0199298 SAFe Agile Coach Key Role: Help drive the transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. Work to drive the adoption of the Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools while coaching and mentoring team members. Lead an ART launch from end-to-end, deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO and PM, and Values Stream Identification, help to bring standard methodologies into the organization, and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run agile at scale, Integration and Continuous Development, DevOps, and automation. Lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking on commitments, pace, and quality. Basic Qualifications: Experience with coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated agile transformation Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks Experience with supporting the Navy or DoD Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics Secret clearance Bachelor's degree SAFe 5.1 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
