Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team following a recent promotion. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about HR and eager to contribute to improving employee experiences across our locations. You will play a crucial role in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage employee benefits, leaves, and accommodations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support training and performance development initiatives.
  • Work closely with assigned locations to identify and implement strategies for increasing employee engagement and improving the overall employee experience.
  • Ensure a high-quality HR experience across various locations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, recruiting, benefits administration, training, and/or performance development is preferred but not required.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment.
