What you will do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding market presence for our company’s products. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies, targeting and training the sales and marketing teams, and supporting the development of product integrations.

  • Define new target markets and applications where Aerzen products and services can provide a differentiated value through a profitable solution with future revenue growth.
  • Develop under-served markets and applications that are currently served or targeted by the global Aerzen team.
  • Work with Product Management, Engineering, and other Aerzen owned companies to develop and integrate product solutions in an effort to differentiate and gain competitive leverage.
  • Create business plans to prioritize investments and measure the relative success of each initiative.
  • Support the detailed business intelligence efforts by attending tradeshows and conferences; completing online research; and engaging with the global Aerzen team.
  • Define and visit targeted customers in an effort to win initial orders for specified initiatives.
  • Fully develop initiatives to be transitioned to the Sales team via case study, all supporting collateral, marketing campaigns, target customer lists, and detailed trainings.
  • Work within a matrixed team to utilize the support and knowledge of the product management, application engineering, marketing, design engineering, and sales teams.
Requirements:

Education: A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business is required.


Experience: 5+ years experience in Sales or Business Development.
