As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
- Manage the training and development plans for office team
- Oversee performance management for office team including daily oversight of all office personnel
- Deliver financial reporting as needed including sales tax reports, royalty reports
- Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
- Aid during storm events with all office activities
- Monitor compliance for all TPA programs
- Monitor office supplies
- AR oversight
- Payroll
- HR intake and exit
- KPM oversight for the office team
- Billing oversight
- AP oversight
- Work with other department managers as needed to ensure quality job flow and company culture
- On-call oversight and participation is REQUIRED
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelors degree preferred
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
- Must have experience with Xactimate, Symbility, and CoreLogic products
- Preferred experience working with SERVPRO-specific technology
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Construction experience is a plus
- Excellent computer skills: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, ect.
- On-call nights and weekend availability
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
