Job Summary:


Under general supervision, the Office Assistant – MOAH will assist the division’s leadership team by performing clerical duties.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

Example of Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Routes agreements, forms, and contracts as needed
  • Routes invoices, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders appropriately
  • Updates paperwork, maintains documents, and word processing
  • Creates agendas, attends meetings, and takes notes as needed
  • Manages filing system and records information as needed
  • Updates and makes general staff announcements
  • Maintains and orders office supplies
  • Maintains staff uniform and other inventories
  • Picks up packages at City Hall
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail
  • Collects and stamps outgoing mail
  • Coordinates office events as needed
  • Helps to organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performs other general office duties and runs errands
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
