We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing administrative duties, and supporting the front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming client recognition and reception
  • Gather and document data in CRM system, manage calendar and workflows
  • Manage various administrative duties, phones, and people in a fast-paced environment
  • Keep records, update client profiles, prepare and confirm morning meeting appointments
  • Research, plan, schedule, and coordinate events and sponsorship
  • Commit to learn and explain our products and services
  • Manage LPL approvals and contract renewals with 3rd parties
  • Update telephone messages, navigate websites, assist the Director of Operation
  • Order and stock office supplies, handle mail and shipping, file invoices for bookkeeper

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelors preferred
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance to local law and regulations (Convicted felons are not applicable for this position due to industry regulations)
  • Experience in a forward facing or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional attitude that shines and makes clients feel at ease
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate as part a team
