COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
Our compensation model offers significant earning potential, combining hourly wages with commission opportunities. Typical earnings for Loan Specialists range from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with top achievers earning upwards of $150,000+ per year. The position begins with an hourly wage ($17.31-$18.29 based on location) and includes overtime pay, along with a lucrative commission plan during the initial training period. After three months, Loan Specialists transition to a salary-based compensation structure with tiered commissions based on performance metrics.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Loan Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering direct-to-consumer financing and refinancing solutions for automotive purchases. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to approved refinancing applications, and presenting additional financing options to enhance the client experience. You will oversee the loan process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and tracked accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide customized financing solutions. Deliver outstanding service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Loan Management: Oversee the loan application process from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurately processed.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve daily targets for outbound communications and maintain a high level of engagement with clients.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively present and explain financing options.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to manage client expectations and address objections effectively.
  • Documentation Oversight: Guide clients through the document signing process and ensure all necessary stipulations are collected.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies throughout the loan processing activities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized workflow to manage and track loan applications efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:
