Our extensive network of lenders guarantees that our clients receive the most competitive rates available.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
With a potential for six-figure earnings, our compensation model includes a base hourly wage plus commissions. On average, our Loan Specialists earn between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, with top achievers surpassing $150,000+ per year. The initial compensation is hourly ($17.31-$18.29 based on location), with overtime pay and a commission plan designed to enhance earnings during the training phase. After three months, Loan Specialists transition to a salary structure based on a tiered commission system linked to overall revenue and product sales. Exceptional performance leads to increased leads and greater earning potential.
ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Loan Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering direct-to-consumer auto financing and refinancing solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries related to approved refinancing, and presenting additional financing and coverage options to enrich the customer experience. You will manage the loan process through various stages to ensure successful funding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to assess their needs and offer customized auto finance and refinance solutions, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
- Loan Management: Oversee the loan application process from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and submitted.
- Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily, dedicating 3 to 5 hours to client interactions via phone, text, and email.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to effectively present and explain additional options to clients.
- Develop sales techniques to highlight the benefits of loan options and promote supplementary products.
- Manage client expectations and address objections using a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with lending partners while adhering to their guidelines.
- Guide clients through the document signing process, ensuring all necessary stipulations are collected and followed up until the loan is funded.
- Ensure quality assurance through the use of provided tools, including lender information and documentation checklists.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Comply with all regulatory and company policies during loan processing activities.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and manage additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are preferred:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organization and time management, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
