Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at our Hyundai Milford MA location. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and courteous greetings to customers
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Manage telephone switchboards and handle customer calls
  • Enter customer demographic information into the sales control system
  • Support the dealership sales and service team during events and service rush hours
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Driver's License required
