  • Maximize profitability in each sale
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the purchase experience
  • Complete accurate paperwork and computer entries
  • Follow up with customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to work with and relate to all types of customers
  • Self-motivation and drive to be the best sales associate
  • Exceptional speaking, writing, and active-listening skills
  • Good computer skills
  • A passion for selling in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A valid driver's license with few to no points
  • A great attitude and smile
