Summary: The Office Manager is accountable for the efficient and effective day-to-day delivery of services to our employees, clients, vendors and various other external agencies and associates.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee general day-to-day office operations; develops and implements office policies and procedures and direct contact with building owners/management.
  • Directly responsible for all HR matters including recruiting, hiring, orientating, training, coaching, and counseling working with 3rd Party HR Provider.
  • Maintains HR/Payroll systems software, policy updates for new regulations, either Federal or State, and implementation of new or updated SOP's pertaining to HR .
  • Helps to ensure corporate policies are enforced.
  • Build relationships and encourage innovation, technology or otherwise, between departments and locations.
  • Assists with accounts payable/accounts receivable when needed.
  • Acts as backup in processing payroll.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and HR regulations and supports company-wide required trainings.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Project Coordinator - Orange County



*****At least one year of directly construction business experience required and experience with Sage ERP software would be preferred******
