Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and to gather feedback on the service provided.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and upsell products or services to customers during interactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
