Business Development Manager

The Business Development Managers are responsible for promoting, selling, and generating accounts. You will have the responsibility of representing Qualified Staffing to the world.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating company values and updating clients on any new products, programs, or marketing initiatives
  • Consistently achieving monthly or quarterly targets
  • Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
  • Guiding new clients to help them understand our company products, programs, and services
  • Acting as the primary point of contact if clients have any issues and helping them work through problems

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience sales in staffing industry, or related work experience
  • Natural ability to lead a work team to develop a sales plan to generate new business, provide operational execution, and identify networking activities to keep a sales pipeline filled.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
