Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in New York, NY. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will research market trends, develop strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of site management and access control systems
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
