Spanish Tolling Call Center Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish Tolling Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner
- Research and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently
- Experience working in a call center environment
