Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and manage employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration by gathering and verifying employee information.
  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed, including attendance and leave records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
