Key Responsibilities
- Client Service
- Provide consultative support to clients, demonstrating subject matter expertise in HR administration and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage client communications, partner with internal resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Administration
- Provide HR administrative support to new clients, including auditing current practices, maintaining open communication, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist clients with leave of absence processes, employee handbooks, and ensure proper upload into OHR Connect.
- Manage Special Projects
- Assist with determining which clients are impacted by changing laws and ensure communication is provided on next steps to remain in compliance.
- Conduct semi-annual minimum wage audits and ongoing audits of paid time off set-up in OHR Connect.
Requirements
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited community college or university
- 1 Year of HR experience
- General understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Applications

- Have strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
