Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Provide consultative support to clients, demonstrating subject matter expertise in HR administration and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Manage client communications, partner with internal resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HR Administration
    • Provide HR administrative support to new clients, including auditing current practices, maintaining open communication, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist clients with leave of absence processes, employee handbooks, and ensure proper upload into OHR Connect.
  • Manage Special Projects
    • Assist with determining which clients are impacted by changing laws and ensure communication is provided on next steps to remain in compliance.
    • Conduct semi-annual minimum wage audits and ongoing audits of paid time off set-up in OHR Connect.

Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited community college or university
    • 1 Year of HR experience
    • General understanding of HR laws and regulations
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Applications
