We are currently seeking a Residential Documentation Coordinator to be responsible for building treatment plans for residents placed in Intercept's Residential Programs. Treatment plans will be built from input provided from the treatment team for the resident. The Residential Documentation Coordinator will also be responsible for attending treatment team meetings for each resident in the program. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining required signatures for the treatment plans, per DMAS requirement.


Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree from an accredited college or university. Experience with Licensing and Medicaid documentation standards for Children's Residential Services preferred.
