Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Residential Construction Electrician with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership position. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of electricians, manage residential construction electrical projects, and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians on residential construction sites.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Review blueprints and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Delegate tasks and manage team performance to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address any concerns and provide updates on project progress.
  • Mentor and train junior electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a residential electrician, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • Valid electrician’s license and relevant certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, construction practices, and codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Own tools and transportation are required.
