Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural CAD Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed architectural designs, construction drawings, and other related documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants, to ensure design coherence and accuracy.
  • Prepare and develop architectural designs, construction drawings, and other related documents, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Coordinate and manage documentation for approvals and permitting, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial design, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to create high-quality designs and drawings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
