Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with 10+ years of experience to join our team. While we offer remote work flexibility, we're looking for candidates based in the Chicago or Detroit area to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration and attend local networking events.
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for Quatrro's internal roles with a strong focus on finance and accounting roles
- Lead internal and client talent acquisition projects, partnering closely with stakeholders
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline
- Partner with internal clients, managing expectations through consistent communication and transparency
- Nurture internal client relationships and attend interviews and meetings as needed
- Develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies
- Support our clients' talent acquisition projects
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Expert (SME), staying abreast of and applying best practices
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on accounting and finance talent acquisition
- Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and a proactive approach to sourcing
- Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies, including diversity and college recruitment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations through consistent transparency
