Mid-level Environmental Consultant

We are assisting a sustainability consultancy firm in their search for a passionate and dedicated

Mid-level Environmental Consultant.

This project-based role will enable you to make a significant impact by providing expert advice and solutions that promote sustainable development and environmental protection. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to sustainability, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Environmental Assessments:Perform detailed environmental impact assessments, site investigations, and evaluations to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

  • Develop Sustainability Strategies:Collaborate with clients to create and implement effective sustainability plans and programs tailored to their specific needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to provide expert guidance on environmental matters and to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Report Preparation:Draft comprehensive reports and documentation, including environmental impact statements, risk assessments, and compliance audits.

  • Client Support:Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, helping them navigate complex environmental regulations and achieve their sustainability goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or related fields.

  • Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in environmental assessment tools, GIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge:In-depth understanding of environmental laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.

  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Personal Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
