We are assisting a commercial real estate firm in their search for a Mid-level Leasing Consultant. This is a part-time, project-based role perfect for someone passionate about real estate and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:Interface with potential and existing clients to understand their leasing needs and preferences.

  • Property Tours:Conduct tours of available properties, providing detailed information about each space, its amenities, and the leasing terms.

  • Lease Agreements:Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and understood by the clients.

  • Market Research:Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and area developments to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

  • Documentation:Maintain and organize leasing documents, client communications, and property information for easy access and reference.

Qualifications
