Mid-level Brand Consultant

We're seeking a passionate and creative Mid-level Brand Consultant to join a team on a project-based contract. We are working with a marketing agency that thrives on creating compelling brand stories and building strong relationships between businesses and their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and business goals. Develop strategic brand plans that align with these objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform branding strategies.

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all platforms. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance brand equity.

  • Creative Direction: Lead the development of branding materials including logos, taglines, and brand guidelines. Provide guidance to design teams to ensure creative outputs meet strategic objectives.

  • Brand Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize branding efforts.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of branding initiatives.

  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Propose innovative ideas and solutions to drive brand growth and differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand consulting, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in branding tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
