Copper River Technologies is seeking an experience Intelligence Program Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Program Manager will oversee a contract performing field support for forward-deployed users of operational, analytical intelligence support, as well as provide technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for all activities to include support, administration and all tasks associated with the management of the overall system support services effort.
  • Conduct a program review of all PWS tasks, at a minimum semi-annually, with the COR and other invitees at locations (if not virtual).
  • Develop detailed program management and other plans and schedules.
  • Estimate resource requirements, define milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor activities to meet customer requirements, specifications, quality assurance standards, and deliverable timeframes, for evaluation to report accomplishments.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and assess potential risks.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis for proactively managing project scope, identifying potential crises, and contingency planning.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Clearance:
    • Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility
  • Education:
    • PMP Certification
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience managing a large team of forward- deployed field service representatives, engineers and data integrators with experience similar in required tasks, scope, complexity, and duration to the tasks required herein.
    • 5 years' experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations such as military, Government Civilian, or contractor.
