ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is seeking a dedicated Program Analyst to provide support for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting USSOCOM by overseeing and monitoring essential programmatic duties and contract support. This includes ensuring that deliverables and contract actions are carried out promptly through effective planning, analysis, and evaluation of contract status. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, managing contract administrative tasks, deliverables, objectives, and maintaining the quality of contracts. The Program Analyst will furnish the government with a comprehensive monthly evaluation of the relevant contract management requirements.

  • Preparation of various contractual documents for government approval.
  • Ensuring all documentation and requirements are fulfilled to facilitate any internal government review and approval processes.
  • Self-monitoring progress according to the completion schedule to submit drafts and documents punctually.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Assisting in the development and review of documentation related to various contract administration efforts, including Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, and Performance Work Statements.
  • Providing support in program strategy development, contract planning, documentation creation, contract administration, and requirement/proposal evaluations. Utilizing local web portals to organize and track program and contractual documentation.
  • Assisting with the validation and review of contract documentation and deliverables submitted by contract holders to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Demonstrating qualities of cooperation, adaptability, and flexibility in response to departmental changes while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Core working hours align with the standard Command hours from Monday through Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in contract and procurement support; 8 to 10 years of experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret, implement, and provide guidance on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in researching and gathering information; verifying and analyzing data.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
