National Account Manager

Are you a seeking and opportunity to rewards performance based results, provides a reworking corporate culture with opportunties for growth in the packaging industry. If so we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive who will focus on new business development and customer account management for the upper midwest selling rigid packing products, developing and securing NEW accounts and farming existing business.
Ideally you have proven sales experience in the packaging industry prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing new customer accounts. The “right” person will be motivated by a performance-based compensation model, have experience working independently in a consultative, technical, solution-oriented sales environment, and exhibit proven success in developing new customers.
This Regional Sales Executive role requires a results-oriented, self-directed individual with strong technical aptitude and ability to prospect, qualify, develop, and secure new business. Proven experience in territory management, new business development, and customer retention are primary success factors.
- 80% — New Business Development & Customer Acquisition – Requires effective skills in prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and influencing to develop and secure NEW customers and future pipeline.
- 20% — Existing Customer Account Management – Requires supporting, managing, mining, and retaining existing customer accounts to oversee project efforts, product installation, and problem resolution, as well as mine for new applications and ensure customer expectations are met.
