Job Title: National Account Manager

FNA Group is a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and outdoor power equipment. We are seeking a results-oriented National Account Manager to expand our DEWALT and Simpson branded pressure washers at Home Depot US/Canada.

Job Summary:

As a National Account Manager, you will report to the VP of Retail Sales and be responsible for growing our business with Home Depot. You will lead sales initiatives, interface with cross-functional teams, and develop selling strategies to deliver incremental business while maintaining targeted volume and profitability levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Home Depot merchants and collaborate with customer support teams to deliver growth, expanded margins, and brand awareness.
  • Execute promotional plans in-store and online to maximize volume and brand awareness.
  • Manage and develop the.com platforms for Home Depot NA.
  • Forecast assigned product lines, units, and dollars, as well as incremental promotional opportunities.
  • Track in-store and online performance against established forecast to ensure customer and FNA objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities, assisting customers in driving sales.
  • Lead and prepare weekly/monthly recaps highlighting sales, forecasting updates, and opportunities to ensure alignment between customer and FNA teams.
  • Develop presentations to communicate FNA ideas and positions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Build strong relationships with Home Depot Field service team and Regional Merchandising Managers to drive store execution and sales.
Requirements:
  • Travel is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing/development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact with colleagues across all levels of an organization.
  • Highly comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
  • Ability and interest working with various technologies and customer portals.
  • Experience and knowledge working with online social media and marketing.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects with attention to detail.
Education/Certification:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Certifications and/or training in related field is a plus.
