Job Title: National Account Manager

Sunstates Security is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of our national high-profile client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team of security professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily functioning of all client sites, including operations, customer service, personnel management, and security & safety.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for efficient GSOC operations.
  • Provide operational direction to team members and manage all activities related to security, safety, and continuity.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the sites and contact the regional and corporate office when necessary.
  • Identify and recruit new talent.
  • Process new employees through the Sunstates Security onboarding system.
  • Train, develop, motivate, and empower all security personnel to oversee the day-to-day site operations and promote the highest standards of efficiency, profitability, customer service, and ethics.
  • Manage employee performance for the sites, including appraising performance, administering reward and incentive programs, coaching, and staff development initiatives, and corrective actions with branch management guidance.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to the client and escalate issues as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Years of related management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is highly preferred.
  • Successful management experience with a security command center (SOC/GSOC).
  • Advanced level/knowledge of computers and technology and access control software.
  • Experience with Access Control - CCure9000 Administration and Monitoring Station experience preferred.
  • Experience with CCTV Operations and Troubleshooting – Genetec system experience preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticket system is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and interface with other technology support organizations.
  • Willing to undergo an extensive background check.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to regularly travel to all contracted sites for client as needed.
