Job Title: National Account Manager

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing solutions to escalations, and modeling customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service
  • Process and support customers' orders and inquiries related to their dedicated market
  • Lead and manage a team that acts as a single point of contact for all of Oldcastle Infrastructure
  • Answer calls and handle email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
  • Inform customers of the status of their orders and advise them of any changes
  • Comply with company attendance standards and coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams
  • Provide support to various teams across the business via reporting, data entry, internal support, and contract questions
  • Follow escalation processes for customer issue resolution
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management or customer service experience in an office environment
  • Experience working in manufacturing or logistics is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Comfortable user of Excel and computers
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willing to be adaptable and flexible in our ever-changing work environment
